How to submit a request:
Getting in touch with Cambly is easy! Follow these simple steps to start a conversation with our friendly Tutor Support Team:
1. Log into your tutor account.
2. Click on the '?' on the top, right-hand side of your tutor dashboard.
3. Select "Contact Us".
4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on "Submit a Request".
You will be directed to a page where you can contact Tutor Support for assistance. You can also go directly to the Help Center to submit a request. Simply visit the Help Center and scroll to the bottom of the page to find the same "Submit a Request" button.
Tips for submitting a request:
Please provide as much information as possible in your ticket description, preferably with screenshots. If applicable, providing information such as which reservation, priority hour, student and/or page your ticket concerns can significantly speed up the team's investigation.

Please keep in mind to only submit one request form per issue, and Tutor Support will be in touch as soon as possible!
