📊 Your Pro Stats Explained
Everything you need to know about the stats in your weekly Pro update.
📅 Weekly Stats
🗓️
When is a "week" calculated?
Your weekly stats cover a full week from
Sunday at midnight UTC through to Saturday at 11:59pm UTC.
Any lessons, reviews, or attendance within that window are counted
in that week's stats.
💡 Not sure what UTC means for you? UTC is a universal
time standard. Depending on where you are, your local midnight may
be slightly earlier or later than the UTC cutoff. You can check your
local equivalent at
worldtimebuddy.com.
Weekly Pro Lessons Completed
Weekly
What it is
The total number of Pro lessons you completed in the last 7 days.
How it's counted
Each completed Pro lesson session = 1 lesson.
💡 Why it matters: Reflects
how active you've been as a Pro tutor. More lessons means more experience
and more earning potential.
Weekly Pro Students Met
Weekly
What it is
The number of unique Pro students you had lessons with this week.
How it's counted
Each unique student counts once, even if you had multiple lessons
with them.
💡 Why it matters: Shows
the breadth of students you're reaching. This is different from your
lesson count, which can include repeat students.
Weekly Pro Attendance Rate
Weekly
What it is
The percentage of your scheduled Pro lessons that you attended.
How it's counted
A lesson is marked not attended if you no-show,
or cancel within 12 hours of the start time. Any lesson you start
counts as attended, even if it ends early.
💡 Why it matters: Students
rely on you showing up. A high attendance rate builds trust and keeps
students coming back. Last-minute cancellations are especially disruptive.
Weekly Pro 1-2 Star Reviews
Weekly
What it is
The number of negative reviews (rated 1 or 2 stars) you received
for Pro lessons this week.
How it's counted
Each review left by a Pro student rating you 1 or 2 stars counts
as one.
💡 Why it matters: The occasional
lower review is nothing to be overly concerned about. Every tutor
receives them from time to time. However, if you notice a consistent
trend of 1-2 star reviews week after week, it may be worth reflecting
on your teaching approach and considering whether any adjustments
could improve the student experience.
Weekly Pro 4-5 Star Reviews
Weekly
What it is
The number of positive reviews (rated 4 or 5 stars) you received
for Pro lessons this week.
How it's counted
Each review left by a Pro student rating you 4 or 5 stars counts
as one.
💡 Why it matters: Consistently
receiving 4-5 star reviews is a strong sign that you're on the right
track. It means students are leaving their lessons satisfied and
is a great indicator that your teaching approach is working well.
🏆 All-Time Totals
Total Pro Lessons Completed
All-Time
What it is
The cumulative number of Pro lessons you've completed since joining
Pro.
💡 Why it matters: A measure
of your overall experience as a Pro tutor. This number grows over
your entire career on Cambly Pro.
Total Pro Students Met
All-Time
What it is
The total number of unique Pro students you've ever had a lesson
with.
💡 Why it matters: Shows
the reach of your impact as a tutor. Every student here is someone
whose English you've helped improve.
Total Pro Attendance Rate
All-Time
What it is
Your attendance rate across all Pro lessons since joining, not
just this week.
How it's counted
Calculated the same way as your weekly rate, but across your
entire Pro history.
💡 Why it matters: This
is your long-term attendance score. Tutors who show up consistently
tend to build stronger relationships with their Pro students and
that reliability typically correlates with retaining students over
the long term.
